Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We base our shipping rates off Australia Post delivery rates.

Regular shipping is $10.00

Express shipping is $15.00

RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We are just starting out and finding our feet, so we really hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 15-days. Please get in touch with our customer service team @ collinscollectivee@gmail.com

You should clearly note your order number, purpose of return and the items you wish to return or exchange. Depending on our stock numbers we may not be able to offer an exchange. 

Every order will receive a card with our return policy where you can fill out the details of the return as well as it providing details of where to return it to. Please include this with your item/s when completing the return 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have had tags removed and/or worn items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
